Feel free to return or exchange your equipment once within the initial 15 days of service, with a minimal $40 restocking fee. Post 15 days, the manufacturer's limited warranty takes effect. To initiate a return or exchange for your phone or accessory, present a valid proof of purchase. Ensure the item is in like-new condition, devoid of wear or damage, and includes the original, intact packaging, battery, charger, accessories, and instruction manuals. It's important to note that used equipment, clearance items, special orders, and outright purchased equipment are considered final sales and are non-returnable.
