Replacement Warranty

To receive a replacement protective screen follow the steps below.

  1. Create an account, if you haven’t already, by clicking here.
  2. Log into your account by clicking here.
  3. Once logged in, register your protective screen. Visit the “Replacement Screen Request” link at by clicking here.
  4. You will receive two emails. The first will state that you successfully activated a customer account. The second will say that your replacement request has been approved.
  5. Once approved, visit the “Replacement Screen” link by clicking here.
  6. Select the model protective screen for your device and follow the on-screen prompts and checkout. There is no cost for the replacement protective screen.

We offer the following shipping options:

  • $4.99 for Ground (4-7 Business days + order processing time).
  • $9.99 for Priority (2-3 Business days + order processing time).
  • $24.99 for Overnight (Orders placed Monday-Thursday before 1:00 p.m. Mountain Time will ship same day for delivery next business day. Orders placed on Friday before 1:00 p.m. will be shipped the following Monday).

Our guarantee also covers damage caused by the user during the initial application of the product. You will need to register your product and follow the above directions in order to receive your replacement.
